The Parke's assessment fee of $184 per month includes:
A private Clubhouse with an indoor pool, a fitness center and business center, centrally-located protected Mail Pavilion, an on-site General Manager and staff, with walking and bike lanes, Nature trails, private lake with canoe access, private community crabbing pier, landscaping and seasonal grass cutting, gutter cleaning, snow removal, monthly newsletter, and numerous clubs and activities, and outstanding neighbors!
