Just minutes from the famed boardwalk at Ocean City, Maryland and Assateague Seashore National Park, our community enjoys resort amenities and the natural beauty of coastal living in a quiet residential setting. The Parke is an age-qualified Active Adult community of 503 homes.  As a distinctive neighborhood within the larger community of Ocean Pines, our residents enjoy a golf course, marina, yacht club, tennis, swimming pools, concerts and an extensive variety of clubs, activities and social events only moments from home.  In addition, residents of The Parke have their own private clubhouse (pictured above) with an indoor pool, exercise facility, library, arts and crafts studio, computers, billiards, meeting rooms and an array of organized entertainment and social activities every day. 

Every homeowner in The Parke at Ocean Pines community automatically becomes a member of The Parke at Ocean Pines Community Association, Inc.   All members of the Association are subject to the covenants, conditions, easements and restrictions rights and obligations contained within The Parke at Ocean Pines Community Constitution.
